The pace of development of network technology can be described by leaps andbounds in recent years, and there is a sharp rise in popularity. In this background, thedevelopment of e-commerce also showed a tendency to win. On one hand, the arrivalof e-business models to facilitate people’s lives, on the other hand, it also promotesthe development and transformation of business models. Today, the network haspenetrated into the living among the Chinese people.What’more, online shopping asone of the major network applications, more and more people have access toknowledge, and understanding and use of e-commerce also will becomeinter-enterprise, business and consumer’s important form of commercial activitiesand communicate with each other between those.Bear electric appliance with the accelerating pace of development, followed bythe network marketing channel of uncertainty. Although the position of traditionalbear electric of the market is very narrow,and it also have no direct threat to the bigbrands,but with the continuous development of some brands,such as egg apparatushas been penetrated into the people field of vision slowly. As one of the preferredbrand,gradually many business platform also began to launch this kind of goods,itis conceivable that bear electric appliance market space will be different degree ofbeing oppressed. Not only that,the bear electric in the development of the scalecontinuous to expand,its organization structure and management system,and otheraspects will face serious challenge inevitably,deepen the brand will be the problemof thefuture.This paper analysis the causes of the network marketing and theshortages and advantages of its development,and introduced the development trendof the network marketing channels,namely B2C and O2O is the main futuredevelopment;The following notice the performance of bear electric appliance ofTmall, Jingdong, Suningyi purchase help to analysis its present developmentsituation,by using SWOT to analysis the advantages and disadvantages of bearelectric appliance,found there are lots of problems on market development,marketregulation,price management,supply chain and after-sale service; On the basis ofabove analysis,we can know the development of market positioning,and we canfurther discuss the network marketing strategy design of bear electric appliance;Depend on the status of the development and exposed problems of bear electric appliance, this paper put forward some suggestions from the marketing concept,network marketing channels and enterprise capital chain.
