Along with our country market economy fast development, deepen the reform ofelectric power system and the specification, the power industry of natural monopolystatus is being challenged, the power company is facing the fierce market competitionenvironment, the power performance management reform is imminent. Electricpower company in exploring their own development mode in the process ofperformance management, facing many institutional change legacy of managementissues and technical problems as a result of the lack of talent, especially in the reformof electric power under the major premise of urgent need to improve the powerperformance appraisal method. Build and implement the scientific performancemanagement system is the key to the success of the reform of electric power companyperformance management factor.In detail in this paper, on the basis of the research background and significance,analysis of the performance management research status at home and abroad, putsforward the main research thinking of the thesis. Combined with xue family bay theactual strategic development of the power supply company, first of all from basic jobspecification and the request of compensation structure optimization anddevelopment of strategic planning analysis of three aspects, such as bay xue familyelectric power supply company performance management present situation, it isconcluded that the necessity of performance evaluation system design; Secondly,according to the purpose and principles of the performance appraisal system,combining with the characteristics of xue family bay power supply companyperformance management performance evaluation index system, and USES theanalytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of the index system. Finally,put forward the xue family bay power supply company performance appraisal indexsystem implementation principle and the matters needing attention, and the indexsystem of performance appraisal results are analyzed. Research results for xue familybay power supply company performance evaluation system design and implementsmoothly provides a scientific criterion, and the type of performance managementsystem design and implementation has certain reference significance.
