Meanwhile, development of information, communication, transportation and internet reduce the distance of each national cooperative, open a new era for cooperatives’ cultural communication. Cooperatives’ cultural diffusion based on the world widely establishment of cooperative economic, and alsosummarize the cultural construction of farmer’s specialized cooperatives, including cooperative’s cultural definition,culture of farmer’s specialized cooperative and our local culture and so on. Secondly detailedly describe and summarize the cooperative’s cultural construction which founded in Pu Han village of Yong Ji city, Shan Xi province. On this basis, summarized the cultural construction achievements of the farmer’s specialized cooperative, including bringing industrial cluster culture effect, consummating internal system culture, setting up profit distribution culture, building the brand culture, training a large number of people for cultural constructing of specialized cooperative etc. Pointed out the problems existed in constructing cooperative culture. Consisted of the glaring contradictions of cooperative culture and local culture, insufficient investment of cooperative’s cultural construction, reduction on cultural theory of cooperative, cultural work of cooperative became more apparent and formalized, and a not thorough farmer cooperatives culture construction people-oriented implementation, etc. Thirdly, analyzed the problems existed in cooperative’s cultura’ construction. Which included less recognition of the cooperative’s value in the eyes of the farmers, farmers’ professional co-operatives research lacks depth and co-operatives cultural innovation is not enough, shortage of senior management personnel reserve and cultural innovation etc.Based on the analysis described above, measures were offered below. Establish rational reciprocal system, Establish farmers’ professional co-operatives district, the cooperative schools and establish cooperative company, the construction of farmers’ professional co-operatives network engineering, Strengthen the construction of substance culture, system culture, spirit culture. Strengthen the professional farmers cooperatives cultural penetration. Adhere to the innovative thinking etc. In the hopes that it would solve the problems existed in cooperative’s cultural construction.
