A Study On The Development Of Farmer Specialized Cooperative Economic Organization In Zhangzhou Three-five Village

Farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization is the basic subject of drivingfarmers to enter the market, is new entity to develop the rural collective economic, an effectivecarrier of rural social management innovation.18th CPC National Congress and2013CentralNO.1Document emphasize on developing farmers’ specialized cooperative and joint-stockcooperative, and gives strong supports to build new agricultural management system. Since “Thefarmers’ professional cooperatives law of the People’s Republic of China” was implemented, allkinds of rural farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization in Fujian Provincedevelops rapidly, playing a certain role in realizing the protection of agricultural production,maintaining the interests of farmers, promoting agricultural efficiency and rural incomes rising.However, farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization also faces some challenges,which makes a great impact on the achievement of its policy goals. How to learn the successfulexperience and practice of the development of advanced local farmers specialized cooperativeeconomic organizations, and explore a development road suitable for the development of ruralareas farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations, to promote rural economic andsocial development to achieve a new leap forward, is a problem that cannot be avoided in thisperiod of agricultural and rural development undoubtedly.This paper is set in my experience as an village cadre in Zhangzhou Three-five Village,grounded on my working practice to lead villagers to establish local first farmers’ specializedcooperative economic organizations. In this case, we apply agricultural promotion of relatedtheoretical knowledge to analyze deeply, and study the current and future operating mechanismof farmer specialized cooperative economic organizations and its development model and suchkey problems. We’ll point out that it is a double need in current government and famers todevelop farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organization so that we should treat thedevelopment of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations treat as our workingfocus. In this way, we can focus on strengthening the macroscopic policy support of government,carrying out typical cultivation and government guide and vigorously supporting thedevelopment of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations. Meanwhile, we shouldpromote the standard of farmers’ specialized cooperative economic organizations during its developing process, and make farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations play animportant role in the new situation, for the Government to strengthen the rural socialmanagement. So that the farmers specialized cooperative economic organizations can be the"valve" to alleviate the social conflicts and the “Source power” to promote the village domain ofeconomic and social development. And do a good job of relevant structure reforms of propertyrights and government agencies, promoting farmer income grows, rural prosperity, and socialprogress.
