Research On Financial Support For The Development Of Regional Economy

since the implementation of reform and opening up, the regional economic developmenthas been continuously improved in the national strategic layout. Economic zones withdifferent regional feature, developing characteristics, and different levels (national, provincial,municipal, county) make appearance all over the country. Being a regional comprehensivedevelopment complex with special function, those economic zones with well-developedinternal economic ties were built agriculture-based and industry-led to drive the developmentof surrounding area through economic radiation brought by the core city.In response to the relationship between financial support and economic development,this paper tries to study the relative supporting measures for regional economic development,especially the way in which we can provide financial support so as to reach a sustainabledevelopment. Combing with the actual situation of regional financial support in Shaanxi andlearning from theinternational developing experience, this paper tries to give aclear elaborationon the actual effect and bottleneck in regional economic development inShaanxi after ensuring a theoretical basis of the necessity and objectivity on financial supportand a comparison of other relative areas. In the process of confirming the positive relationshipbetween economic growth and credit, Empirical analysis vector autoregression modeltesting, EG cointegration and Johansen cointegration test, Test vector error correction model(VECM) and Granger causality model are adopted.Financial support has its great functionality and effect on regional economicdevelopment. It is a vital factor for a sound development in modern economy. It is necessaryto enhance the financial system construction and the innovation of financial principals, makebetter the policy of regional financial service, build a financial operation system ofscientific coordination, reasonable division of labor and functional complementation,diversify financial products, so as to achieve a sound financial supporting for regionaleconomy and eventually form a long-lasting, steady and sound development.
