Research On Financial Support Effect Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Shaanxi Province

China is in an important period of economic transformation.In recent years,it has continuously accelerated the cultivation and development of strategic emerging industries to promote the structural reform of supply-side and promote industrial upgrading and economic development.In order to solve the bottleneck of development faced by traditional industries,Shaanxi Province relies on its own advantages in science and technology,talents and industry to seize this development trend and actively promote the development of strategic emerging industries.The development of strategic emerging industries is inseparable from financial support and requires the active promotion of all parties' capital.Due to the characteristics of high-tech,high-input and high-risk of strategic emerging industries,diversified financial support is of great significance to its development.So what kind of financial support effect is significant,positive or negative?How to improve the financial support effect of strategic emerging industries is crucial to the development of strategic emerging industries in Shaanxi Province.On the basis of the strategic emerging industries,industrial development theory and financial support theory,this paper uses a combination of empirical analysis and theoretical analysis.Taking the listed companies of strategic emerging industries in Shaanxi Province as the basic research object,the effects of different financial support methods of strategic emerging industries is been studied.Firstly,we have established the scope of strategic emerging industries in Shaanxi Province,based on the actual situation in Shaanxi Province,and analyzed the financial support status and issues.Then,we used the data of 111 strategic emerging industry listed companies in Shaanxi Province to empirically study the effects of different financial support methods using factor analysis and panel data models.Finally,we drew on the financial support experience of the regions where the development of strategic emerging industries at home and abroad was more prominent,and made recommendations.The results show that bank credit support,equity financing support and internal financial support have significant positive effects on the development of emerging industries in Shaanxi Province.In contrast,equity financing has the largest effect,followed by internal financing and bank credit,while government direct subsidies do not.Therefore,it is necessary to further improve and innovate the bank credit support system,broaden the direct financing channels,strengthen the indirect guidance role of policy finance and improve the efficiency of internal fund use,in order to improve the financial support effect and better promote the development of strategic emerging industries in Shaanxi Province.
