Revenue Distribution In Express Industry With The Integrating Of End Distribution Based On Service Supply Chain Theory

ABSTRACT:With the continuous development of e-commerce, express industry has become one of the key constraints, for what end distribution is a very important problem to be solved. Because of the problems of low service level, chaotic management, wasted resources and poor specialization level, it is hard to meet the needs of costumers, meanwhile it may bring some social problems. To solve the problem of "the last kilometer", this thesis studies the integration mode at the end of distribution. That is to form a professional end distribution integrator to agent the distribution services at the end.The thesis focuses on the revenue distribution mode of this integration. Analyse the principles, processes and influence factors of revenue distribution after studying the theories of service supply chain, logistics integration and game theory systematically.We first analyse the model when both of them make decisions together, so that we will get the best revenue of the whole service supply chain. It sets up four different revenue distribution models that are fixed payment model, income-sharing model, revenue sharing and service level compensation model then analyses the optimal profits and service levels of each model meaning to find a relatively better model to coordinate this service supply chain so that both of the partners would be willing to do this business and gain satisfactory profits.At last it summaries the results of this paper and gives some suggestions for the operating of this integration. Finally, it lists the limitations of this paper and future trends in this field.
