Our country will construct a better after-sales service market, and enhance theenterprise competitiveness, under this background, the paper aims to make a profitoptimization research between cooperative enterprises of the after-sales service outsourcingmode, to establish a reasonable model for the after-sales service income distribution of theenterprise.First, this paper introduces the commonly used approaches in the various fields to thestudy of the income distribution: allocation method based on profit/risk ratio of supply chain,supply chain profit distribution method based on Nash negotiation model, supply chain profitdistribution method based on the Shapely value, the income distribution of supply chainbased on the nucleolus method, and the principal-agent theory. Establish the theoreticalfoundation for the paper.Second, from after-sale service outsourcing mode and its characteristics, consideringmany factors which influence the income distribution that between the cooperativeenterprises, further analyzes the external environment which the service outsourcing iscurrently facing; Chapter iv establish the income distribution principle before model, andestablish the income distribution model combining with actual situation and characteristicsof industry, furthermore, make the specific analysis. The mathematical model is built byusing the principal-agent theory, considering both when the existence of informationasymmetry the cooperative enterprises faced, at the same time, considering the different riskattitudes on the impact of income distribution.Again, the essay focuses on the analysis household appliance enterprises andmaintenance service contractor’s risk preference on the size of the optimal effort level andthe proportion of income distribution and income distribution in the case of asymmetricinformation. The greater risk avoidance degree ρsof the electrical appliances enterprise, theproportion of commission β of the maintenance service contractor will get bigger, if the degree of risk avoidance ρrof the maintenance service contractor get bigger, the proportionof the commission β will get less. And improving the level of maintenance servicecontractor’s effort appropriately, trying to reduce the cost of maintenance service process canincrease the revenue.Finally, the examples to analyze the assignment, verify the feasibility of the model;Introduces actual instances of after-sales service to explain Haier home appliance marketafter-sales service operation mode, through the cooperation agreement with the servicesenterprises, to make income distribution of service outsourcing reasonable, to reduce theircost of after-sales service.
