Good faith idea has a long history, and our ancestors have taken it as the foundation of this.With the development of the times,the good faith idea becomes a big chronic illness which worry the socialist market economy. Many food safety incidents such as the powdered toxic milk of San lu, the overdue moon cake of Nanjing Guan sheng yuan have severe exposure the credit problem in China.As a component of the socialist market economy,the lack of honesty and credit in life insurance market is serious.The life insurance company pity for compensation,or excessive compensation,and misleading sales of the agent are often found in newspapers,which seriously affected the social image of the life insurance industry。As an important part of the harmonious society, the life insurance industry is based on long-term interests, uphold the integrity of management, build credibility social image, in realizing their own economic interests at the same time, also actively take the relevant social obligations.Based on basic concepts of research integrity, combined with corporate culture, ideological education, concept of value theory, this article analysis and research the credit culture construction problems of the life insurance industry in-depth from the reality of the life insurance industry.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part describes the basic concept and the significance of good faith, sums up the basic connotation of good faith, such as true, reliable, trustworthy, trust, that honesty as the State Administration, the foundation of this enterprise, every member of society is the foundation of this, the ways of the world.The second part summarizes the basic content of life insurance industry enterprise culture from the particularity of the life insurance business, namely, honesty is gold, service firs-t, people-oriented, and expounds the basic concept and characteristics of the integrity of the enterprise culture. On this basis, especially describes enterprise credit culture and the characteristics of the life insurance industry, and points out that the most important content of cultural integrity of the life insurance companies is the principle of utmost good faith, and analyzes the cultural integrity of the life insurance industry, the insurance industry of consumer credit, credit to the insurer and agent of consumers, consumers on the insurer’s honesty.The third part expounds the significance of credit culture construction of the life insurance industry, which life insurance industry is to promote the long-term healthy development of life insurance, maintenance of market order and stability, improve the life insurance industry core competitiveness, and promote the building of harmonious society.The fourth part summarizes the credit culture construction of life insurance industry, which is from the system point of view, the life insurance industry is not honesty culture system, from the executive speaking, life insurance industry is not the real implementation of integrity management measures,and the integrity of the laws and regulations is not perfect, supervision is not enough, the cost is very low. At the same time, to analyze the three main causes of the problems, namely the lack of social credit, information asymmetry, the pursuit of short-term interests of appraisal mechanism of the life insurance industry.The fifth part puts forward some concrete measures for the life insurance industry culture construction, such as the establishment and improvement of the life insurance company credit management process, strengthen the insurance industry cadre staff integrity education, establish a sound credit system, reform of the current marketing performance appraisal system, the establishment of internal credit evaluation mechanism, reform of life insurance agent system, set up credit system, strengthen the construction of credit laws and regulations, to strengthen the external supervision of life insurance industry.
