Along with the geographical and customer restrictions gradually cancelled, foreign Banks have taken a comprehensive foray into the pace of China’s financial markets.At the same time, the wave of securitization of financial and investment institutions of the impact of an existing competition among commercial Banks in China worse, commercial bank is no longer a target of choice for many enterprises financing, more and more enterprises have begun to choose directly raise funds in capital markets, coupled with the securities companies, insurance companies, and the role of financial investment company help enterprise financing is more and more big, the Banks in China’s relative weight of traditional deposit and lending business. So our country commercial bank began to learn; the advanced experience of foreign counterparts in the developed countries, began to develop the retail banking business.In order to be able to develop good retail banking, in addition to the human, material and financial resources for the corresponding input, also need to establish a set of full feasibility of retail banking customer manager system of performance appraisal. For an organization itself, not the best one of the most effective performance appraisal system, only the most suitable’for the organization’s performance appraisal system. A set of performance appraisal system that suit the development of its retail banking need to constantly explore and research.Therefore, in this paper, based on my bank chengdu branch in HF years of experience in work, study and learn in southwestern university of finance and economics during the study of performance appraisal theory as the foundation, through the bank of HF, chengdu retail banking customer manager and research of the current performance appraisal system, find out problems and defects existing in the current system, combining the actual situation of HF bank chengdu branch and market environment analysis, found the KPI method was used to construct performance appraisal index system of HF current bank chengdu branch retail banking customer manager performance appraisal system for effective improvement, and then put forward a system scheme can be optimized and measures can be sexually, strive to HF bank chengdu branch of retail banking business development to provide strong support.This article altogether consists of six parts, details are as follows:The first part is introduction, introduces the overall framework and ideas of papers. The fourth part is the foreign commercial bank performance evaluation system of revelation, through to the foreign commercial bank performance evaluation development were analyzed, and thus it is concluded that the HF bank chengdu branch retail banking customer manager for improvement of performance assessment system of the enlightenment.
