With the continuous development of social economy,the operation mode of traditional commercial banking has changed from wholesale banking to diversified areas,such as retail banking,international business,intermediate business,interbank business,investment banking,etc.The competition among banks is becoming fiercer and fiercer.As the profitability of wholesale banking has declined,commercial banks strived to develop retail business in recent years.The impact of personal performance of retail banking personnel is becoming more and more important and apparent.Therefore,it is urgent and significant for commercial banks to build a superior retail banking performance management system.Through the research of the current retail banking performance management system of Bank A Shenzhen Branch,this article analyzes the problems and causes.According to the instructions of performance management theories,this article raises revised suggestions which aim to improve the level of retail banking performance management in Bank A Shenzhen Branch,in order to improve the personnel capacity and productivity.This article includes five chapters.Chapter one mainly introduces the background and content of the research.Chapter two talks about the theoretical basis of performance management.The current situations,problems and causes of the retail banking performance management of Bank A Shenzhen Branch will be analyzed in Chapter three.The optimized design scheme of the retail banking performance management of Bank A Shenzhen Branch will be raised in Chapter four.Chapter five is the conclusion.
