With steadily development of social economy, that the proportion of the service industry in the national economy is increasing day by day indicates service economy is gradually becoming the core of national economy and compared with the developed countries in the world, service industry has become the most dynamic in the three largest industry of China which is at the rapid development stage, and farther, logistics, representative of the service industry, already becomes the biggest investment hot spots and plays a key role to manufacturing and trade circulation industry. So doing the related research of the growth of logistics services ability and enterprise performance will have profound significance to our economy. the study focused on quarterly data totally16periods and treated the50listed logistics enterprises those in the A-circulation stock market as the samples and explored the correlation between paying for the growth of logistics services ability and improving enterprise performance in which the former was explanatory variable and the latter was explained one and the software EVIEWS6.0was used to compare and come out the best method that Invariable Coefficient Panel models on the cross-section fixed effect.The logistics company for the sample to be listed model metrics system design, the use of innovation and investment ratios, net profit growth, total asset turnover, earnings per share growth rate and fixed assets were five financial indicators to measure the ability to grow in logistics services service innovation, logistics service capability, management capability, profitability and firm size; using total assets profit margin, net profit margin and Tobin’s Q value of the reaction listed logistics company performance. The purpose of this study was to clarify the ability of listed companies to continuously improve logistics services whether there is a significant relationship with the performance of these logistics companies, and their relationship in the end how much. This article is based on research presented above background, aims through the existing literature and true information and data are collected, summarized, research and analysis to address the following questions:First, determine the impact of Chinese listed companies in logistics services Logistics Growth internal and external factors, and enterprise performance, and will be summarized these factors, the establishment of an evaluation of logistics services and the ability to grow business performance and financial indicators, provide a reference for future research. Second, establish a comprehensive evaluation system for the use of50listed companies in China’s logistics constituency empirical study on the correlation between the growth of the logistics service capabilities and firm performance. Third, based on empirical results, further analysis of the results leads to deeper causes and propose policy recommendations at the end.The empirical results show that the net profit to total assets ratio reflect corporate performance best empirical research, listed logistics company logistics services ability to grow in the logistics business capacity, management capacity and profitability and corporate performance is positively related to service innovation, enterprise scale and corporate performance is negative correlation. ROE to reflect corporate performance, the ability to grow in the logistics service profitability and management capabilities and is a positive correlation between corporate performance and service innovation, firm size and firm performance is negative correlation. In Tobin’s Q values reflect corporate performance, the ability to grow in service logistics service innovation capability and firm performance is positively related to corporate performance management capabilities and a negative correlation.
