Research On The Relationship Between Intellectual Capital And Open Innovation Performance Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises

ABSTRACT:Along with the development of knowledge economy, knowledge is gradually replacing capital, labor and land has become the key economic factors, while those who play an important role in enterprise value creation process of intellectual capital has become a hot topic of people. Small-medium enterprises plays a very important role in the development of social economy.Under the background of open innovation, to explore the relation between intellectual capital and enterprises’open innovation performance, especially how to obtain external knowledge has became the key of success for our small-medium enterprises, social economy and total innovational ability, which is worth researching.This paper takes the relationship between Small-medium enterprises’(SME) intellectual capital and enterprises’ open innovation performance as main rule. Combined with the research results on the intellectual capital, this paper will analysis how do the intellectual capital impact on enterprises’ open innovation performance. This study, first of all, through the literature regression, puts forward a theory model involving intellectual capital and open innovation performance. Secondly, this paper select the Small-medium science and technology enterprises as study target, obtain relative data through the method of questionnaire survey; Finally, this paper uses the SPSS17.0to analysis the sample data with reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis to verify the internal mechanism between the three factors of intellectual capital and open innovation performance.This study finds that:(1) The three components of intellectual capital are interacting and inter dependent.The human capital affects obviously to the structure capital and the relation capital. The structure capital affects obviously the relation capital.(2) The three components of intellectual capital have the marked influence on the open innovation performance,and through the regression analysis indicated that the human capital,the structure capital and the relational capital differently influence on the open innovation performance.
