Abstract:According to various surveys and related research, SMEs in the fight for external financing, most SMEs will continue to bank loans in the first row, indicating that the bank still holds a leading position in the current corporate financing. On the other hand, SMEs in the credit market has suffered severe financial constraints, which directly restricts its play in the improvement of the market economy to absorb labor, to promote technological development and other aspects of the role. The entrepreneur is the axis of all the affairs of the enterprise operation, plays a key role in the use and integration of various resources in the enterprise. Similarly, in the credit markets, entrepreneurs access to credit resources of the enterprise also has a very important impact.Based on this, this paper intends to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship and SME credit facilities between. Through theoretical and empirical papers, the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods, and establish a theoretical framework for entrepreneurship and corporate credit financing constraints affect, developed a scale to measure entrepreneurship and credit financing constraints measurement scale, and the relevant questionnaire, the survey results were analyzed mathematical statistics. Thesis showed that entrepreneurship has a significant negative impact on corporate credit financing constraints, this effect relationships primarily through entrepreneurial ability, entrepreneurial management skills, entrepreneurial risk-taking ability and the ability of entrepreneurs the opportunity to reflect.
