Research On The Impact Of Private Entrepreneur Growth On Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of outstanding private entrepreneurs have grown rapidly in the market economy,and enterprises with core dynamic competitiveness have emerged.With the development of the times,most private enterprises are faced with the problem of succession of succession and dynamics of enterprises.Therefore,the growth of successors of private enterprises and the development of dynamic capabilities of enterprises have attracted the attention of academic circles.Based on entrepreneurial traits theory,learning theory,entrepreneurial competence theory and dynamic competence theory,this study focuses on entrepreneurial traits and learning behaviors through questionnaires and field interviews for private entrepreneurs in Zhejiang.The intrinsic influence mechanism of family traits,learning behaviors,personal abilities and corporate dynamic capabilities has been carried out in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis.The conclusion of this study is that entrepreneurial traits and learning behaviors have a significant positive effect on individual abilities and corporate dynamic capabilities;entrepreneurial abilities have a significant positive effect on the development of corporate dynamic capabilities;entrepreneurial abilities are at the risk of entrepreneurial traits.It takes a full intermediary role between the commitment dimension and the enterprise dynamic capability,and plays a partial intermediary role between the entrepreneurial traits' achievement demand dimension and the enterprise dynamic capability,and plays a full intermediary role between the empirical learning dimension of the learning behavior and the enterprise dynamic capability.On this basis,a case study of T enterprises is carried out through grounded theory.Its unique rotation model has a significant impact on entrepreneurial traits and learning behaviors,and has a positive impact on the ability of successors,thus promoting the development of dynamic capabilities.The above conclusions provide reference for the theory and practice of the succession and growth of corporate successors,the development of corporate dynamic capabilities and the promotion of the prosperity of the non-public economy.
