Abstract:The innovation and integration of information technology, have a great impact on the traditional business model. The intelligent information demand in Chinese automobile market is rising, and the informatization development of enterprise tend to be more intelligent and integrated direction. At the same time, a large number of new information enterprises also face the plight of "Marketing board". Zhejiang Eastime Info Tech Ltd.(Eastime) is a professional management consulting and information technology solution provider, has been exploring in the marketing field for long time, but it still has many problems, therefore, it should explore new marketing mode.First, I review many marketing theories, and suggest solution marketing is a new marketing mode which take the solution as its product, and it can result in dynamic matching of solution and customer demand. The proposed solution help customer solve many potential problems and would co-create value with customers. Combine with the result from the3C and SWOT analysis, this paper suggests that Eastime should adopt solutions marketing. Specifically, Eastime should create active marketing culture, cultivate solution marketing idea, and keep the flexible product concept, then communicate with customers and maintain a positive relationship, product, service, communication and negotiation strategy, standardize solution marketing process and the necessary marketing control. |
