Development Strategy For Jinrui Uranium Mining Limited Company, Ganzhou, CNNC

Jinrui uranium mining limited company, which is under the leadershipof the department of geology＆mining, CNNC, is a natural uraniumproduction enterprise to provide raw materials for national defense andnuclear power. This paper conducted a study on the development strategyfor the company.Firstly, the macroscopic environment of politics, economy, socialculture, technology and the severe problems existing in the development ofthe company were analyzed utilizing the PEST method, a comprehensiveanalysis of the policy considering the present situation of uranium miningindustry was made, and the future development direction of the uraniummining industry was proposed.Secondly, the bargaining power of suppliers and buyers, the ability ofpotential competitors for entering the uranium mining industry, thecapability of alternatives to substitute for in-use articles, and the currentcompetitive ability of competitors within the uranium mining industry wereanalyzed using Potter’s five force model, and the factors influencing thecompetition environment for the company were determined.Thirdly, the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities the company hasand threats the company faces were systematically analyzed using SWOTmethod, the development strategy for the enterprise was formulated, andthe development goals were proposed.Finally, the tactics for implementing the development strategy of thecompany, such as controlling the resource, reducing the production cost,improving the production capacity, strengthening the internal management,securing the production safety, protecting the environment, and enhancingthe human resource, were proposed.
