Many experts and scholars as "an effective way for China to solve the" three rural "problems, a new model for the future development of China’s agriculture".According to my many years’ practice, I combined the analysis of typical cases and theories of experts and scholars, adopted qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, development status and nature of background of comprehensive analysis of ecological manor economy, comparative study of the type of development, economic attributes and multiple benefits, the objective evaluation in China’s rural areas popularization value and development prospects, and combined with the practical difficulties and problems, put forward ideas and measures of improving ecological manor economy development, in order to provide experience and reference for Chinese reformers to solve the "three rural" problems and to promote the integration of urban and rural development.
