Research On The Manor Economy Of Chengjiang County Based On Ecological Agriculture

The party and the country always attach great importance to the development of ecological agriculture in China.The State Council on 1984 formally proposed "seriously protect agricultural ecological environment",the environmental protection departments at all levels should work together with relevant departments to actively promote eco agriculture,prevent pollution and damage to the agricultural environment".Since then,the government has issued a series of policies of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers,supported the construction of ecological agriculture,and enlarged the scale of ecological agriculture.The development of agricultural manor economy is one of the effective ways to practice and contribute the ecological agriculture in China.Manor economy is more than a new development mode of modern agriculture,but also a new type of development mode,which is composed of large agricultural farmer households?countryside specialized cooperative organization and family farms etc.The mode suit for the development in the area of good agricultural production conditions,which solves the problem of land abandonment and idle resources effectively and significantly promote the synergetic development of primary,secondary and tertiary industry.The mode has showed a strong advantage and potential in solving the problems of "three rural issues".China's ecological agriculture manor economy started from the Zuoquan country of Shanxi in 2005.The mode achieved huge success on economy,society and ecological environment,it caused ecological agriculture manor was rapidly set up in the whole country.In a short period of more than 10 years,agricultural manor has made great progress and achieved remarkable results.Yuxi manor in Chengjiang County is a flag of developing agricultural manor economy in Yunnan province.With the development of modern agriculture of Yuxi manor economy as the key point,it cultivates the unique advantages of Chengjiang green agricultural brand,and promotes the transformation from traditional agriculture to the modern ecological leisure tourism.Yuxi Manor has built to be a comprehensive modern agricultural manor,which combined ecological agriculture,technological innovation,cultural experience and high-end tourism.The manor becomes a unique highlight and important support for agricultural industry's transformation and upgrading more than just for city of Yuxi but also for Yunnan Province.The paper based on the field survey and in-depth interviews?summarized the valuable experience?researched development advantages and existing problems of Yuxi manor.The paper then proposes some countermeasures and suggestions for future development of Yuxi manor economy.Meanwhile,the author also look forward the relevant research results can be apply broadly,and play an important references for the construction of the manor ecological agriculture in rest of Yunnan Province,and ultimately leads upgrading of Yunnan characteristic agriculture manor economy.
