Based on the analysis of proportion and comparative advantage of vegetable products in different parts of Lyliang City,the adjustment direction of vegetable industry structure in Lishi, Fenyang and Jiaocheng has been put forward in this paper.Production of vegetables products beans,cauliflower and beans should be expanded,green peppers,Day Lily,and carrots kept stabilized and adjusted,Chinese onions,cabbage,cabbage,celery,ordinary Chinese cabbage,spinach, radishes, tomatoes.and onions shrinked in Lishi City.Production of asparagus, Chinese toon and garlic should be expanded,tomatoes,cabbage, pepper,cucumber, Chinese cabbage and pumpkin kept stabilized and adjusted,radish,ordinary Chinese cabbage,pumpkin,carrots,green pepper,and green onions shrinked in Fenyang City. Production of Helandou,Day Lily and the long yam should be expanded,tomatoes,cucumber, asparagus,cabbage and green onions kept stabilized and adjusted,pumpkins, green peppers,celery, carrot, pumpkin,radish and Cabbage shrinked in Jiaocheng City.From the comparison on economic benefit of food crops and vegetable crops in Lvliang City from2007to2012,the average output of food crops per mu was566.24yuan,312.3yuan for the cost of production and the input-output ratio was1:1.81;the average output of3984.33yuan,1899.8yuan for the cost and the input-output ratio was1:2.1O.It can be found that the main difference between the two crops was that vegetables was of high input and high output,and great higher than the grain industry in the input-output ratio.Some policies and recommendations have been made on how to improve the industrial structure and raise economic efficiency of vegetable industry in our City in this study. Vegetables industrial restructuring measures in Lvliang include:1. Develop towards regionalization and specialization to promote the upgrade of agriculture industrialization.2. Develop towards foreign trade and exports of vegetables to promote the outward of vegetable industry.3. Develop towards micro-vegetables and rare vegetables to broaden the industrial adjustment channel.4. Develop towards pollution-free vegetable and promote the sustained development of vegetable industry.5. Develop towards brand strategy and improve the competitiveness. Measures aimed at increasing economic efficiency of vegetable industry in Lvliang City include: 1. Expand the scale of facility production in accordance with regional advantages.2. Adjust varieties and crop stubble of vegetable planted.3. Develop export and special vegetables.4. Optimize development environment, opened green channel as soon as possible5. Raise the proportion of government input in vegetable industry.6. Establish special preferential policies for the vegetable industry.
