Explore The Urbanization Development Of Spatial Framework In Shanxi Province Based On GIS

Urbanization is an inevitable process of economic and social development, which is also an inevitable result that the mode of production transforms productivity, complementing each other with the process of modernization of China. As one of the most important provinces of Midlands rise, the development of urbanization in Shanxi province is quite important. The study references Composite Index Method to evaluate the level of urbanization development of Shanxi, based on various determination methods. Comprehensive evaluation of the average urbanization comprehensive score is0.1490. The highest score for the provincial capital of Taiyuan city in0.7983.And the lowest score is Shilou County (0.0537).A total of40county are higher than the average score(higher than the average urbanization comprehensive score is37.38%).By the trend line analysis on comprehensive score, above the score of0.3in all the sample cities are the best urban areas, including Taiyuan, Datong, Changzhi, Yangquan. Using the software of GIS spatial analysis and expression of function to study the development of Shanxi province urbanization and spatial distribution characteristics, the results showed that the better development areas of urbanization in Shanxi province appear the agglomeration in the North, around the Datong and Shuozhou as the center, the center of the capital city Taiyuan urbanization development is more prominent. In the southeast of Changzhi and Jincheng as the center of the urbanization development are obvious, South to Linfen, Yuncheng as the core of urbanization have higher levels. In addition, the urbanization development in Shanxi Province has a strong correlation with its topography, coal resources and traffic. By the spatial analysis of comprehensive score and the terrain in Shanxi Province, coal resources and traffic, the study can obviously see the consistency rules in each other. The higher level areas of urbanization development are mainly distributed in the good terrai, rich in coal resources and close to the trunk road area. This study directly expressed relative level of urbanization development and the agglomeration characteristics of urbanization development in Shanxi Province, which can provide a reference for the planning of urbanization development in Shanxi province.
