So urbanization quality problem has become the core mission of promoting the China and provincial urbanization in the new period and urgent theoretical and practical proposition.This paper selects time series data and cross-section data as the research object, establishing comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization quality, and evaluated by entropy method; using the Geoda software, analyzed the evolution of time and space of Anhui province urbanization quality, the results show that since2000, the development process of urbanization of Anhui province quality is divided into the stage of steady development and rapid development stage, in the analysis of the development of each subsystem, the development of economy and society quality than spatial development, the efficiency of urbanization and urban and rural harmonious development quality.Results from the spatial analysis of the urbanization quality is higher, mainly concentrated in the area of Anhui river area, and the urbanization of Anhui province quality spatial agglomeration effect is strengthening continuously.Analysis of evolution in the coordination of the relationship between urbanization of Anhui province quality and size of the, quality of urbanization in advance the number of type city continues to increase, the urbanization development by the type of quality of urbanization lag to the urbanization quality advanced type transformation, and with the degree of deviation from this transition urbanization quality and size decreased first and then increased.Analysis of dynamic system of Anhui province urbanization, time series data to select2000-2011years of comprehensive level of urbanization of Anhui province quality and power factor, the use of SPSS software, through multiple linear regression analysis, find out the2000-2011years of urbanization development of Anhui power system.Because of the economic structure, development stage, the requirements of the times and changes in the process of urbanization continues to advance, the driving mechanism of urbanization is also changing, therefore, in the model of urbanization and under the guidance of strategic thinking, this paper re establishing the dynamic mechanism of urbanization analysis model, the cross section data from2012in Anhui province in each city, the use of Geoda software, the spatial econometric analysis, explores the dynamic mechanism of urbanization in Anhui province from the perspective of new type of urbanization.Finally, on the base of summarizing the dissertation, put forward the Anhui province urbanization, improving urbanization policy suggestions: first, build a reasonable optimization of urban system, urbanization development layout; two, adhere to the "production city integration" development strategy, implementation of the "four modernizations" synchronous development; three, adhere to the people-oriented new urbanization, to enhance the quality of urbanization; four, take the road of development of regional differences, to realize the urbanization quality synchronous lifting.
