Since entering the new century, the rural economy development at topspeed. But at the same time, the basic situation of the rural has not fundamentallychanged, rural is the construction well-off society’s weakness, the farmer is still thelargest low-income vulnerable groups. At present,there are many scholars devolpethemselves to rural issues and conducted a lot of research, this paper attempts to studyits effect on the income of rural labor from the perspective of health human capital.This paper based on CFPS data in2010and2012, add the health human capitalinto the wage equation, the results show that health human capital has a significanteffect on the rural household labor choose to participate in the labor and labor income,the workforce-participation probability increased by22.5%, labor income increasedby22.5%. Becides, we also use average hourly wage of the rural household labor asa proxy for productivity, the results show that health human capital not only affect thelabor time, also affect the average hourly wage of the workers, the hourly wageincreased by10.4%. In addition, we also consider whether the serious impact onfamily economy, and lead to repoverty.we use national poverty line and10%quantilesof the income as the dividing line of poverty.and then we known that the seriousimpact will significantly increase the probability of rural family poverty,but theregression with city samples not significant,this will provide important suggestions onhow to narrow the gap between urban and rural and how to construction of harmonioussociety.we can strengthen the rural health investment to resist serious impact andincrease the income of farmers.But through the input and the distribution of the healthresources of our country, we find there is a big gap between China’s health expenditureand the average level of the world, even in the existing level,resources are veryunevenly distributed, rural health investment even less than half the city at manyaspects, therefore in view of this phenomenon.this paper puts forward relevant policysuggestions, which will provide reference for the development of rural economy inChina....
