Study On The Development Of County Economy From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

County economy takes county administrative area as geographical space, inorder to control county government as the main body, take the market as the guidance,optimize the allocation of resources, regional economy with local characteristics andcomplete function. Development characteristic economy suit one’s measures to localconditions, take advantage of the development of the initiative and creativity, cultivate thecomparative advantage of economy, is of great significance to the construction of theharmonious society. Researching the problem of sustainable development of countyeconomy is beneficial to correctly understanding development achievements and problemsof county economy, exploring the laws of economic development, providing reference forachieving the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of countyeconomy.The formation of sustainable development theory of human society is a profoundreflection on the traditional mode of development results. The Sustainable developmenttheory includes resources and environmentally sustainable, economically sustainable andsocially sustainable And the three contents are Harmonious.This choice which is locatedin Yu Nan Mountain District Tongbai County as the research object, with the regionaleconomic theory, economic development theory, sustainable development theory andScientific Outlook on Development as guidance, analysis of the existing problems andrestricting factors of the development of county economy, the sustainable development ofcounty economy, clear the advantages and conditions. Since the reform and opening up,relying on resource advantage, Tongbai embarked on the path of development of resources.In recent years, the contradiction between economic development and resources, theecological environment become more and more serious, how to coordinate economicdevelopment and environmental resource protection has become the first problem to besolved when we develop the county economy. In view of the existing problems in the development of county economy in Tongbai, this paper puts forward some suggestions andCountermeasures on sustainable development of county economy: changing the concept ofdevelopment and releasing of vitality; strengthening the protection of resources andenvironment, realizing the harmonious development of economy; improving the technicallevel, cultivating suitable talents; developing the eco economy, solving in the developmentof county economy resource crisis, environmental crisis, and ultimately promoting thesustainable development of county economy, achieving the organic unity of countyeconomic efficiency, social benefits and ecological benefits.
