Stress is a common social psychological phenomenon, Scholars in various fields (such asManagement Science,Medical Science,Psychology)have been studying the Job Stress fromdifferent aspects. In the fast-paced life today, this abnormal psychological state is tend to losecontrol, which will not only affect the staffs’ working efficiency, disturb their inner peace,affact their daily life,and also damage their health. Nowadays, suicide incidence happensfrequently both in domestic and foreign, which caused a huge response in society. Staffs inmanufacturing, who work for a long time repeating simple works, while their repays is littleand they often have little opportunity in their profession development. The supervisors alwaysemphasis on strengthening management and supervision, while have little concerns on thePeopele-Oriented supervision concepts. So staffs in manufacturing are often bothered withthe working pressures.Factors affecting job stress are various, the sources are different and this determins thecomplexity of job stress.How the job stress affect individuals and organizations?Whether theimpact of different sources of job stress is the same?How much difference? Recognition andunderstanding these issues has become a new topic of organizational management,humanceresource management in particular. In our country,lack of systematic research on jobstress,there is no unified scale.In this study,based on fully understanding their jobstress,preparation a targeted scale.According to the purpose and requirements of the study,thequestionaire included, basia information, pressure source,pressure results,strategies. Then getthe basic data by doing surveys on staffs working at Baoding Great Wall Company Limitedabout their current working pressure situation. Then we did some statistics and classificationwork. We analyzed the data with the methods of Principal Component Analysis and FactorAnalysis, then we analyzed the difference of the Demographic variables in the aspects ofpressure resource, pressure results, strategies with the method of Univariate analysis ofvariance. At last, we conducted researches on pressure resource, pressure results andstrategies.,we come up with four conclusions:(1)Staff from different backgrounds have different work sterss.(2) Staffs’work stress is the result of joint action of many factors.(3)Job can influence their physiological,psychological and behavior.(4)Organizations and individuals both have taken measures,but the effects is not obvious.According the results,wo come up with the pressure supervision strategy both in aspectof individual and the aspect of organize.
