Research About The Benefit Distribution Of Energy Performance Contracting’ Stakeholders Based On The Cooperative Game Theory

Energy Performance Contracting model project’s implementation is under thecooperation of the energy service companies, energy-saving customers, financialinstitutions and government stakeholders. Various stakeholders alliance plays animportant role in the implementation of the project. However, the cooperationbetween various stakeholders affected by a variety of factors hinder the smoothimplementation of the EPC project. Stakeholders are most concerned about theproblem that is the distribution of benefit based on rational economic man hypothesis,Distribution of benefits are the main factors affecting the cooperation of all parties,sohow to achieve balanced project benefit distribution has become the focus of variousstakeholders. And the lack of domestic from stakeholders research EPC project energysaving benefit allocation problem.In order to promote the effective cooperation of the EPC projectstakeholders,this article will be from the perspective of the benefit distribution. Andthe project management of the "stakeholder participation concept" will be introducedinto the EPC project, the stakeholders participation concept as EPC project benefitdistribution premise. Then based on the stakeholder theory, learn from at home andabroad to stakeholders classification, the EPC project stakeholders are divided into thekey stakeholders and secondary stakeholders, and key stakeholders as EPC projectbenefit distribution study, the focus of this article is to expand the analysis.This article will analysis of the basis for cooperation between the majorstakeholders firstly, come to the contradictions and conflicts between the majorstakeholders, how to solve, and consider the benefit distribution model. Second,according to the cooperative game theory, the analysis of the the allocation solutionthe representative gains in cooperative game, to prove that the Shapley value methodis more suitable for the interests of the EPC project stakeholders benefit distribution,but the Shapley Value will be some shortcomings, this article will be in the proportionof investment risk sharing coefficient, energy-saving effect and the contribution offour aspects amending them, came to the conclusion thesis the EPC project revenuedistribution plan, combined with the case this distribution scheme empirical analysis.
