Research On Coordination Mechanisms Of Fund Flow In Supply Chain Based On The Finance Ecosystem

Supply chain management as a kind of new production organization model acrossthe boundaries of enterprises, its operational efficiency depends on the coordination oflogistics, information flow and fund flow. However, the coordination of fund flow isthe key to maintain supply chain. Rresearch on coordination of fund flow in supplychain is one of the key issues of supply chain collaboration management, which isbased on the framework of finance ecosystem.Research on the features of supply chain finance ecosystem and the symbioticrelationship between participants in supply chain financial ecosystem is based on thecharacteristics of supply chain finance and the research achievements of financialecosystem. With capital turnover speed of supply chain as a substitution variable offund flow speed, procurement funds as a substitution variable of fund flow quantity, andthe order of payment as a substitution variable of fund flow direction, this paperresearches on how fund flow works in three aspects and builds coordination mechanismof fund flow. Researches show that fund flow speed affects the efficiency of using funds.Information sharing mechanism, financial risk early warning and constraint mechanismcan improve the efficiency of using funds, speed up the supply chain flow velocity.Fund flow quantity affects the overall profit of supply chain. Buy-back contractmechanism can make the fund flow quantity to the optimal, and improve the overallbenefits of supply chain. Fund flow direction not only influences outflow of enterprise’sfunds, also influences fund flow speed of supply chain. Motivate mechanism cancoordinate fund flow direction, and conducive to the transfer of fund flow.
