Research On Coordination Risk Assessment Of Fund Flow In Supply Chain

Supply chain management is an advanced organization and techniques in the 21 st Century,and the key is to manage logistics, fund flow and information flow. Coordination of fund flow is a core part of the cycle to maintain coordination of the supply chain. From the perspective of the symbiotic relationship between joint enterprises, which investigate risk factors of affecting joint enterprises coordination, building fund flow risk assessment system of joint enterprises.Based on the study of the fund flow coordinate risk,establishing the assessment system of fund flow coordinate risk about the supply chain, building assessment model of fund flow coordination risk,to assess fund flow coordination risk of the supply chain, and give the fund flow coordinated responses of the joint enterprise and supply chain.Through the supply chain of X enterprise empirical analysis,the results show:debt ratio, return on investment, market share and sales growth are the key risk indicators of affected cash flow coordination of joint enterprise,and a key to plan risk management strategy of joint enterprise.Based on the fund flow coordination risk assessment of joint enterprises,finding payback period, long-term debt to equity ratio, rate of qualified products, pending litigation and supply chain operational environment affect to plan risk management strategy.On this basis,the degree of fund flow coordination joint enterprises in 2010 to 2014 is the highest,and the coordination level in the supply chain is the highest in the past five years. Joint enterprises fund flow related to the coordination of supply chain, the coordination level of fund flow in the supply chain has gradually increased with the coordination level of the joint enterprises.Fund flow coordination of joint is the need of their own development, at the same time improve the coordination degree of the supply chain, and promoting lasting healthy operations of supply chain.
