Relying on the advantages of numerous banking institutions, huge business volume andabundant capital, commercial banks almost occupy the dominant position in the globalfinancial system. Commercial banks has high risk because they mainly engage inmonetary.However, since the banking industry has a relatively higher external risk in modernsociety, the banking industry has received tremendous attention from various governmentdepartments and all sectors of society.Developed from the installment of the private car’spurchasing, auto consumption credit originated in the United States in the20th century.China’s commercial banks began in1995to apply for automobile consumption credit business.Based on huge saving deposits a large number of customers reserve,commercial banks havegradually developed into the mainstream of China’s automobile consumption credit market.This thesis studies the individual auto consuming credit risk management of Xi’an B branchofIndustrial and Commercial Bank of China.This thesis uses three theories—credit risk theory,expected income theory and information asymmetric theory,as the guiding idea to analyze theoperating proceduresof B branch. Itroughly sums up three risks that may arise, namely: creditrisk, operational risk and market risk.This thesis further analyzes these three risks and somereal cases occurred in B Branch in recent years, and it poses a question mainly from theperspective of operational risk.Through access to and learn from personal automobile consumption credit-relatedresearch.Credit risk, the expected revenue and asymmetric information theory as aguide,Industrial and Commercial Bank Xi’an Branch B Branch, for example.Use normativeanalysis and empirical analysis, analysis of the B branch of Industrial and Commercial BankXi’an Branch personal automobile consumption credit risk management status andproblems.Combined with "guest room" type of personal automobile consumption credittypical pattern analysis, approaches and suggestions put forward a sound commercial bankpersonal automobile consumption credit risk control system.Paper is divided into fivechapters, including:The first chapter is the introduction.That the purpose and significance of writing to explainthe idea of the center and the references cited herein overall absorb the rich content of this existing research results.The second chapter the theory of personal automobile consumptioncredit.By the theory of expected income, credit risk theory and the theory of asymmetricinformation in three basic requirements for the commencement of full-text, provide atheoretical basis for the later writing.The third one is status and Problems of Chapter III BXi’an Branch of ICBC branch of automobile consumption credit risk management.Stage studydescribes the status of auto loan risk management and the main problems.Roughly beanalyzed from credit risk, operational risk and market risk are three generalcategories.Combined with ICBC in particular the results of the study proposed thedevelopment of existing problems still exist, make specific suggestions and strategies fordifferent risk after the text easy.Analysis of automobile consumption credit patterns Chapterfour B Xi’an Branch of ICBC branch of "inter-off style."Through systematic analysis of actualcases and according to the actual situation of the case.The main in-depth analysis from theperspective of operational risk, while paving the way for the proposed issue recommendationsfor the next chapter of operational risk.Measures Chapter robust automobile consumptioncredit risk management system recommendations.For the third chapter and fourthquestions,Combined with the second chapter and the first chapter of the theoretical literatureresearch point of view, the corresponding risk management proposed to improve the study ofideas and countermeasures.
