The construction and development of the cluster brand has become one effectiveway to improve regional competitiveness and sustained economic growth for anindustry cluster, country or region.In today’s competitive era,those enterprises with strong brands could stand out,the same industry cluster with a strong brand, could provide a strong support for thedevelopment of industrial clusters, and regional economy is getting stronger. Soresearch cluster brand and industrial clusters upgrade has a great theoretical andpractical significance. The key of industrial clusters development is change tosuperior and stronger, the inherent requirement of the superior and stronger is useexcellent brand to enhance the industrial clusters. Industrial clusters with a strongbrand and implementation of cluster brand strategy could have the prospect of rapid,sustained development.In recent years, the industry clusters increasingly dominate the world economicpattern, showing vigor in Chinese, and a deepen development in LiaoningProvince, the theory of industrial clusters has been to deepen and mature, but thecluster brand has only just become the focus of public attention. A complete set ofscientific theoretical framework is not formed. So the research of cluster brand theoryand practice in academia is needed and deepen.On the basis of the cluster brand and industry cluster theory, This articlecombed the concept of industrial clusters, the cluster brand,the formationmechanism, stage of development and the relationship, further analysis of thecoupling mechanism between the cluster brand and competitiveness of industrialclusters. And establish comprehensive evaluation index system of cluster brand andcompetitiveness of industrial clusters. use coupling model, the degree of couplingmodeling tools, and Liaoning Province empirical study,put forward couplingstrategy of the cluster brand building and the competitiveness of industrial clusters forLiaoning Province.
