Recently, with the rapid development of science and technology, enterprises facea complex and unpredictable market environment. With the gradually transferred frompure competition among enterprises to the co-led collaborative competition, networkorganization came into being. Network organization integrated resources, knowledge,technology of each node, in order to enhance the overall competitive Advantage. Butwhether the network can achieve healthy development or not depends largely on theeffectiveness of the nodes in the network, nodes within the organization regard as thetheme and basic of network organization, the right choice or not is very crucial. So,selecting the appropriate node enterprise is the key to establish a network organization.In this paper, the writer studies on the node selection issues in the network under theera of network competition, based on the analysis of the basic characteristics of thenetwork organization, and focuses on in-depth research on models and methodswithin the organization node selection.Many scholars have made some achievements on the network organization rise,contents, features, network organizational effectiveness, organizational governanceresearch, and achieved certain results. But, due to the differences in perspective,network organization research study mostly through qualitative research and staticanalysis. In fact, the formation of the network organization is not immutable, but withthe adjustment of the external environment and internal nodes to continuous evolutionand development. Therefore, we should adopt an interdisciplinary multi-dimensionalperspective on the dynamic evolution of the network organization.Based on this, this paper selects the network organization nodes selection andmanagement as a research topic, combined with self-organization theory of dissipativestructures, entropy theory and collaborative knowledge to analysis the evolution of thenetwork organization. Contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Nodes are the basic unit of network organization. According to therelationship and position between the nodes, network organization nodes will bedivided into core, important, general and peripheral nodes. This division puts thefoundation to the research of nodes in network organization. Depend on the type ofnode, from three-dimensional perspective on trust, integration and interests to classifyand manage different nodes. Thus, form a complete set of node classificationmanagement system, to proposed effective theoretical guidance for the network.(2)Network organization has the characteristics of open, non-equilibrium,fluctuations and nonlinear, providing the feasibility to use dissipative structures andentropy theory to research network organization. The concept of network organization entropy is first proposed, building a network organization entropy, by calculating theentropy and entropy discrimination of the network organization, and providing ananalysis based on measure the degree of network organized at different stages;Simultaneously, divide the node entropy into several factors, such as strategy,structure, environment and others. By comparing the entropy that the networkorganization of various factors generate, identify the key factors affecting the nodeentropy, providing a scientific basis for the network organization to control entropyflow and strengthen the node management.(3)Organization relationship between the nodes in network is dynamicallychanging. According to the entropy flow analysis, choosing to bring the orderliness ofnegative entropy node into the network, but whether the included nodes could mostclosely match the network and then build order is a key issue. The performance ofcoordination mechanism in the network organization is through adjusting the functionand operation of internal nodes, making nodes and organization mutual coordination,mutual promotion and forming ordered structures. Build organization andcoordination mechanism in three dimensions of trust, business integration andknowledge sharing. Using Order parameter model to analysis the evolution of thecollaborative orderliness degree after the nodes included the network, putting forwardto a more ordered structure.Taking these studies,the innovation of this disseratation lies in that combiningdissipative structure, entropy theory, synergetics with network organization theory tostudy the construction, evolution and optimization of network nodes selectionorganization mechanism. Using Dissipative structure theory to study the evolution ofthe network organization for qualitative analysis; building entropy change model todynamic analysis the network structure and factors influencing which is impactedthe network orderliness; Using the order parameter model of synergetics to study thecollaborative orderliness in the evolution of network. Compensate for the lack ofresearch on the dynamic evolution of the network organization. To a certain extent,enrich and improve the organization and management of network systems theory andevolutionary theory.
