The Incentive Model Of The Network Organization Governance

The node enterprise's ability is the basic essential constituent of the network organiza-tion which is composed of node enterprises. In the network organization, the node enterpri-ses compose the superior node, even the whole network organization, while the network a-bility leads the node enterprise's behavior. But as the principal-agent relation- ships exist inthe network organization, there must exists the Moral Hazard or opportunism. Therefore inorder to maximize the network organization's ability, we should first understand the netw-ork organization connotation's meaning, the node's ability and the relationship between thenode enterprise and the network organization. Then we consider the cause of Moral Hazard,and establish the incentive model. This paper analyses the relation between the node enter-prise, including synergy coefficient, the positive incentive coefficient and the negative eff-ect producing in the course of competition, and finally get the incentive model of networkorganization governace. The research result shows that no matter homogeneity or heterog-eneity node enterprise, the harder they tried, the bigger synergy is, which the node enterp-rises produce, the bigger positive incentive effect is.
