Businessmen are seeking new ways to break through the limitation of time anddistance of the transaction itself, when e-commence is gradually accepted by peopleas a part of daily life. Agent can replace humans to handle complex and cumbersomebusiness transactions in the multi-agent negotiation system, so Argumentation-basednegotiation of multi-Agent is an effective way to solve this problem. However, theeffect of negotiation mainly depends on the negotiation strategy, therefore, thenegotiation strategy is the core of the argumentation-based negotiation of multi-Agent.Thus the focus is the argumentation-based negotiation strategy.The argumentation-based negotiation strategy needs to adjust and change withthe argumentation timely, so its requirement is high. But existing studies is very weak.The argumentation is not really as a key factor taken into account, or the method ofthe strategy is too rigid. Those result is poor adaptability and flexibility of negotiationof multi-agent. D-S evidence is introduced to design the negotiation protocol andnegotiation mechanism of Argumentation-based negotiation of multi-agent. At thesame time we take good advantages of the D-S evidence theory in designing thenegotiation strategy. The semantic interaction is the basis of negotiation protocol. Toavoid the dead loop negotiation and lower the number of invalid negotiation, theenvironmental monitoring mechanism, initializing learning mechanism,argumentation mechanism, adaptive mechanism and outlier detection mechanism areused to control the whole negotiation process. In addition, the negotiation strategyusing D-S evidence theory takes the external information and internal information intoaccount to create the negotiation plan, and it proceeds from the businessmen situation,thus improving the efficiency and effect of the negotiation.Using the D-S evidence theory to generate the negotiation strategy is a newexploration in the field of Argumentation-based negotiation of multi-agent. Weattempt to improve the authenticity and reliability of the negotiation decision-makingresult by means of using this method. Our study provides a new idea for intelligentnegotiation strategy in follow-up study. Meanwhile, a numerical example is designedto illustrate and verify the proposed method in areas of the negotiations is applicableand feasible.
