In this paper a new vision (Beijing)technology co., LTD. current marketing channel analysis, further explore the bestchannel mode of the enterprise competitiveness, the main contents are as follows:Firstly,it is the main account of the purpose of this research, background andsignificance of research described the situation at home and abroad, describes thecontents of this research and research methods.Secondly, the thesis has carried on the induction and summarizes the researchinvolves the related theory, to lay a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent contentof this article.Third, it is the new vision company in marketing channels research, and analysisthe new field of vision the company choose the agent program, the standard of theevaluation agency, and new vision for the company to the marketing channelmembers incentives and handling of channel conflict to give a detailed in this paper.On the analysis of the new vision company incentives to agents, mainly discusses theincentives and support for agents commonly used.Finally, through to the new vision of the company’s marketing channel currentsituation analysis, combining with the actual situation of the marketing channel, makethe implementation method to improve the company marketing channel.
