With the continuous development and maturity of project management,project management method has been positively used in many fields.In the actual process of project management,project leaders always focus on expected target,but neglect team members' subjective initiative,namely the importance of human resource management in project management.How to give full play to the role of project team members' subjective initiative and arouse their enthusiasm plays a very important role in the success of project.So it has important significance to research on the management of project team for real life.In recent years,real estate industry has been more and more valued in our country.With the rapid development of real estate,local real estate enterprises continue to rise,other capital gradually turns to the real estate industry.Under the increasingly fierce competition in the market environment,the competition of the real estate development enterprises is accelerating.The part of small and medium sized real estate enterprises especially will face much more challenges.For real estate development companies,whether the development of real estate project successes or not will directly determines the competitiveness of real estate enterprises,and successful development of real estate project needs an excellent team as a support.So the effective management of real estate project team and construction of an excellent project team plays a very important part of the development of real estate enterprises.This article selects topic from the commercial real estate industry.We discuss and analysis on how to create a harmonious and efficient project team according to the specific empirical case of the commercial real estate project team,by the way of combining theory and practice.The article intends to solve the problems in the team management of commercial real estate project,through establishing a set of adaptive methods of the team building and management of commercial real estate project.First of all,this article combs domestic and international main related research on theory of project team management,and took a review of the project management,project team management,team theory,objective theory,organization theory,communication theory and so on,which were used to guide the thesis writing.This article focuses on the research of team management problems in commercial real estate industry.Based on the case of team management of Huaian yurun plaza project,we find out and analyze the main existing problems and reasons in this team,in order to provide basis for solving the problems.Combined with the relevant theory research of project team management,we put forward countermeasures and suggestions from four main aspects,which including recruitment and allocation,performance evaluation,training and development and communication management of project team members.Taking Huaian yurun plaza project as an example,this article carries on the practice research based on relevant theoretical analysis,aimed at providing some reference significance to the similar project team.
