In this thesis, literature searches, base on field research related government officer ondifferent level, in-depth research and analysis of the investment promotion work-relatedfunctions, mission and vision, and theoretical framework.After clear understanding the promote investment, compare and analysis ofinternational and domestic typical case strive to find commonalities by in-depth analysisof in terms of organizational structure, marketing strategy, promotion strategy,coordination mechanism and development strategy, combined with current problem ofShenzhen investment promotion situation, creative innovation model of Shenzheninvestment promotion process, Shenzhen Investment promotion mode have to innovativethe organization structural and core functions, introduction friendly investmentenvironment of Shenzhen base on the region’s superiority and development planning,through Multi-channel and Multi-strategy bringing and selection suitable foreign capital,technology and channels for Shenzhen; Attract potential investors and fine service toexisting investors. At the same time the system should also focus on the internal andexternal environment for the development of innovative, top-level design and carefulplanning, rational planning organizational structure to ensure that construction ofcontinuity, stability and maneuverability of modern investment promotion system; theinnovation mechanism establish need be scientific and efficiency, establish and improverelevant co-ordination mechanism, management mechanism, evaluation mechanisms andincentives. Research article will help Shenzhen sublimation advanced experience andinvestment promotion content to promote the realization of the development of investmentpromotion efforts.
