Suggestion Of Problem And Countermeasure In Investment Promotion Of Regional Government

Investment promotion is an important way to implementation the basic state policy of reform and opening up,the effective absorption of foreign capital and technology,and the development of export-oriented economy.In China,after years of development,China's investment promotion has quickly realized the accumulation of the original capital.The introduction of advanced foreign capital and technology,also contributed to promote China's capital aggregation,to update the concept,to improve technology progress,pours into the vigor for the growth of the national economy.Local governments at all levels fully understand the significant role of investment promotion in stimulating the regional economy,who have listed investment promotion as an important indicator of the quality of government work.Local governments occupy the dominant position of the investment promotion,use all sorts of ways to create a lot of "economic miracle" and "wealth myth".In a period of time,government play a dominant role in investment promotion has made up for the deficiency of our country's construction funds,boosted the service efficiency,promoted the flow of production factors in the region,has greatly promoted the development of the economy.But with the further implementation of the reform of market economic system,many problems have appeared.One of the major reasons is the inefficient administrative functions,and the lack of supervision control system,affecting the image of the government and social credibility.This paper based on the actual work as starting point,taking Hexi District as example to find out the problems in government investment promotion.furthermore,the author has combined her daily work experiences in the investment promotion and the scientific analysis to illustrate her viewpoints.Summarize the advantages and disadvantages of local governments to carry out investment promotion.And by drawing lessons from the development experience of foreign and domestic advanced areas,find ideas in inspiration and suggestions on the development of investment attraction of Hexi District and other local government.
