Due to China’s economic development level, people thought idea, Chinese enterprisesstill exist many problems about employee motivation issues, plus staff incentivemechanism research started relatively late in China and the relatively backward, thereexist many defects, lead to the enthusiasm and potential of the staff did not play well,affecting the normal development of the enterprise. Based on the above reasons, in thispaper, the enterprise staff incentive mechanism and its related problems in the system, onthe basis of analysis and research, and redesign the employee incentive mode.This paper discussed on the relevant problems of incentive and incentive theory.Then analyze and compare the current employees’ incentive system and currentinternational situation, and the pointed out the problems which are about the staffincentive mechanism in our country, and in need of improvement. And take Mcommunications company as a example,analysis the situation of Encouraging system,andthe existing problems,finally provide some advices for solve these. In fact, the design thesystem of employee motivation is mufti-faceted project which is involving the evaluationsystem of welfare, performance, controlling system, developing the enterprise’s culture,and also the goal of organization, consideration of personnel factors.
