Human is the most important resource to an enterprise. Inspirit of employee is a permanent topic to all enterprises in the world. In an era of global economy integration and knowledge economy, the quality and activity of the employees become the basic power of the company. The excitation mechanism is the key to the success of a company. To some small and medium trading companies, simply forms of business operating, weak competition and lack of excitation mechanism is the very root problem. For lack of cohesion, the enterprises were suffered by the brain drain.This paper studies the excitation mechanism based on the case of Shaanxi Bailong Group, using the good experience of some famous companies, analyzing the company's present excitation mechanism in form of investigation and questionnaires. And for the existing issue of simply assess index and unreasonable assess method, it studies some related theories and researching method of excitation on considering the characteristics of Bailong's organization structure and position setup, then it tables a performance appraisal method that assesses from every point of view and could be applied for each function of management, service and operation. That is aiming at the whole company's or a single department's business target, assessing the process, ability and attitude of every position. This provides a basic idea of the excitation mechanism for the company--the recompense excitation.For ensuring the implementation of excitation mechanism, the paper also states that the premise for the excitation mechanism is the reasonable set of positions and the exact description of positions; and the guarantee is training to employees, then employees could easily understand and accept the new mechanism, and join in the assessment spontaneously. the excitation mechanism is a system program, it not only includes the setting of organization goals, compensation structure design, performance evaluation planning, but also includes corporate culture establishing, career programming of employees and so on. In real exercise, the company should combine these contents together, then it can establish an excitation mechanism which could inspire employee's passion and potentials, also tally with company goals.
