As the domestic steel industry competition is intense, high-end car productiongradually expand, the domestic demand for laser welding plate is rising year by year.Wisco group hopes the acquisition Thyssenkrupp steel laser tailor-welded business todrive the car sales, with Thyssenkrupp laser tailor-welded leading technology to realizethe globalization management strategy, and how to through the merger integration toimprove the core competitiveness of enterprises has become the focus in this paper.Mergers and acquisitions in Wisco group Thyssenkrupp laser tailor-welded businesscase as the background to discuss, the final foothold is how to formulate the developmentstrategy of the future through the merger integration so as to improve enterprise’s corecompetitiveness.
