But nowscholars of the TFP of Chinese tourism industry is not much, existing in China’s tourism researchmainly focus on TFP to drive economic growth and TFP itself as the core power of economicgrowth, based on the research of the TFP to explore China’s tourism industry growth is less.Based on a large number of literature review and theoretical study, on the basis of usingnon-parametric DEA Malmquist index method, selecting Shanghai and Shenzhen two city25listed tourism companies as the research object, the sample period of2007-2013, selected andUSES the listed tourism companies operating income as output indicators released annual report,the number of fixed assets and labor as input index, total factor productivity of domestic listedtourism companies, determine the dominant force in domestic tourism TFP growth of listedcompanies. At the same time, will be chosen for the sample of25domestic tourism listedcompanies according to the China securities regulatory commission issued the industryclassification guidance of listed company is divided into catering, hotels, scenic spots, theintegrated tourism listed company, through the subdivision of the four industry TFPmeasurement, analysis the characteristics of each segment industry TFP growth, at the same timeanalysis the heterogeneity of four subdivision industry.By25listed tourism companies from2007to2013the TFP and its decomposition analysis,the following conclusions:1, the total factor productivity of listed companies in the domestictourism market and, indeed, the average growth rate of6.8%, of which the average growth rateof technological progress is7.5%, the average technical efficiency growth rate of8.2%.Domestic tourism listed company, therefore, the growth of TFP growth is a main technical level,and industrial, agriculture and service industry as a whole the measure results are basicallyidentical.2, technical progress and technical efficiency value, technical progress and technicalefficiency growth The growth rates show the phenomenon of reverse change.3, small moleculetourism industry exists heterogeneity: the median number of TFP comprehensive tourism listedcompanies is higher than other subdivision industry average, and showed significant technicalefficiency advantage; Food service, hotel, scenic spot tourism listed companies of TFP.
