As the primary means and symbol of the enterprise management modernization,information system has become an indispensable element in business managementactivities, playing a vital role in the survival and development of enterprises. However,with the rapid development of the information system, we should also considerproblems of the development process. Whether developed or developing countries,the construction of information system success rate is far worse than other projects. Itwas input huge investment but not up to enterprise’s expectations.Therefore, theevaluation of information system appears particularly important both in theenterprise’s information level and the development of enterprises.The evaluation of information system divided into implementation evaluationand application evaluation. Implementation side focused on implementationevaluation, in order to put improvement practice into the follow-up projects thoroughaccumulate experience; Project owner focused on application evaluation, in order toimprove the project investment of information and promote sustainable application.It’s very difficult to assess the quantitative and qualitative analysis for informationsystem, although enterprises develop their own adaption of information system, theevaluation work of the nuclear power enterprises is still at the primary stage and itsapplication evaluation work is behind other work.This thesis sets up a performance evaluation index system, based on the balancedscorecard for large enterprise information system within the context of large nuclearpower company and determines the weight coefficient of the index system by usingDelphi method and the analytic hierarchy process. Then it constructs a performancecomprehensive evaluation model for the enterprise information systems based onfuzzy mathematics theory and grey theory whereby the performance level ofexperience information systems of a large power group is analyzed. Some problemsare discovered and discussed, followed by corresponding countermeasures andstrategies.
