As a clean and safe energy,nuclear power,together with thermal power and hydroelectric power,constitute three central pillars of the power in today's world.Striving to develop nuclear power is the strategic choice of energy development in China.The establishment of an effective risk prevention mechanism guarantees the orderly and sound development of nuclear power.First of all,the thesis briefly introduced the development status of electric power and the development prospects of nuclear power in China,illustrated the significance of researching into risk management in the prophase of nuclear power projects,as well as the relevant theories and analytical methods of the risk management application.Secondly,this thesis synthetically evaluated and analyzed the risk in the prophase of nuclear power projects with the method of combining the Delphi method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),and assessed the significance level of various kinds of project risks.At last,this thesis gave a practical analysis on the risk of site selection in Anqing nuclear power project. |
