Research On Performance Appraisal In Municipal Sewage Plant

This thesis first analyzes the performance appraisal model long gang waterpollution treatment plant is currently implemented, points out the problems exposed,and on the basis of performance test of the theory and the practice unifies in together,analysis, research the current implementation of the performance appraisal system, theoriginal system is re designed and constructed. In this paper, using the method ofliterature review, comparative analysis and investigation method, described in detaillong gang water pollution treatment improved plant performance evaluation systembased on the design idea, basic principles and objective on, the indicators ofperformance appraisal system were discussed, the perfect performance appraisalsystem of the measures put forward from different angles, and the possible result isevaluated, purpose is to solve the problems existing in the Corporation, to realize thesustainable development of enterprises.Aiming at the reform issue facing enterprises is studied, and select the long gangwater treatment plant as the research object, the purpose is to design the best solution,make a perfect performance appraisal system. The author hopes that the research canhelp enterprise human resources management level, but also hope that this researchcan provide some feasible suggestions for the reform of other enterprises.
