Under the condition of market economy, the enterprise to win the customers andthe market as the development of enterprises. From the internal management ofenterprises, the human resources are also important factors in the development ofenterprises, enterprise development is inseparable from the development of talents,human resources as the core power of enterprise development, the future developmentof the enterprise of great significance, especially for small and medium-sizedenterprises, enterprises must enhance core competitiveness, we must put the people asthe fundamental, the most important competitive factors. But the importance of manySMEs of our country to the cognition is not enough, the level of human resourcemanagement needs to be improved.As a family enterprise, Shandong Ruida Electric Co. Ltd. in the presence ofmany problems of human resource management, market share a few years no growth,or even shrinking trend, enterprises want to continue the rapid development in thefierce competition, the enterprise problems become the urgent matter. This paper usesthe case study and empirical research method, through a survey into the enterprise,introduces the present situation and the existing Ruida company, enterprisemanagement and human resource management problems are analyzed, pointed out theenterprise human resource management is the cause of the problems of the enterprise,so the Ruida company must pay attention to and strengthen the management of humanresources.Based on the theory of management psychology and human resourcemanagement theory, management science, combined with the actual problems of thebusiness, according to human resources management process design of humanresource management scheme Ruida company, redesign the salary managementprogram, through the implementation of the scheme, in order to improve the humanresource management and enterprise management, and promote comprehensivedevelopment of enterprises.The paper objectively and accurately points out Ruida company present businessmanagement and human resources management issues and problems in the design of a reasonable solution, for enterprises to improve the performance, to promote action toensure the stable development of enterprises; at the same time, also has a certainsignificance and reference value to other small and medium-sized enterprises.
