As human society entered the era of knowledge economy, human resource has become a strategic resource. In the final analysis, the competition of national comprehensive strength is about the competition of human resource. Human resource gradually shows its characteristic as a valuable resource with the most creativity and activity in human society, and the management of human resources has become the most important management content that impacts and decides the modern social and economic development. Speaking from the perspective of enterprises, as an important part of the production factors, the management effectiveness of human resources has become the most critical factor that affects the success or failure of the business, and therefore the development of human resources has gained more and more attention from enterprises. That how to mobilize the staffs’ enthusiasm and activity is the core task of modern human resources management and the primary responsibility of enterprise management executives. Although the importance of human resources management in corporate strategy has been accepted by the majority of enterprise management executives, there are still a large number of problems existing in the management practices. With the increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are paying more attention to the management of human resources. Through in-depth analysis on human resources management of Keli Company, this article brings forward and analyzes the problems of human resources management, and then proposes the solutions to the key issues, providing important reference value to the improvement of the company’s human resources management.This essay, complying with the sequence of problem-bringing-forward, problem-analyzing and problem-solving, integrating theory with practice, adopting PEST and the Five-Forces Model, scans the macroscopic environment and industry external environment of Keli. By analyzing the company’s internal environment with SWOT, this essay dissects Keli’s HR administration practice, sorts out the problems of HR administration, identifies the Company’s strengths and weaknesses, brings forward the Company’s HR development goal and HR strategies, proposes specific protections and improvement measures prominently on recruitment administration, training administration, performance administration and payment administration, including extension of recruitment access, professionalization of recruiting team, establishment of graded and classified training structure, constructing Kirkpatrick’s Four Level Evaluation System, and etc.. This essay, based on deep analysis of Keli’s HR administration conditions, presents and analyzes the problems occurred during HR administration, and then proposes the strategies facilitating personnel Selection, Training, Distribution and Detainment in a more effective way, which would provide important application reference value for the improvement of the Company’s HR administration.In the future, Keli Company will face the new competitive environment, such as industrial conversion, industry integration, technological changes, rapidly changing employee needs, and so on. To keep a sustainable development, enterprises must firmly hold the human resources, which are the company’s key to win in the future. Enterprise management has entered into a people-centered new era, and therefore people should be explored and used as human capital.
