With the foreign banks have advanced China, the first trigger was a "war for talent".Commercial Bank of competition like a raging fire in the financial industry, will also face the grim situation of domestic commercial banks and foreign banks to snatch more talent, talent competition has become an important problem facing the primary. Therefore, the human resource management, the design of commercial bank to propose the reasonable innovation and effective management methods and policy implementation, and finally enhance the core competitiveness of the bank, is a good method to solve this problem, the purpose of it.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the research about the commercial banks’human resource management of domestic and foreign scholars.By the comparison between domestic and foreign ones, we can realize the environmental differences so as to pave the way for the following research direction; the second chapter mainly introduces the fundamental definition of commercial banks’human resource management and expounds the definition of human resource and human resource management, the overall analysis about the origin of the commercial bank and human resource management in commercial banks, and concentrates on the developmental trend of human resource management of the commercial bank and the party to do a detailed study; the third chapter on human resources management in the recruitment and selection process were introduced, especially the definition of commercial bank personnel. The fourth chapter mainly elaborates the human resources management in the process of commercial bank performance evaluation and compensation management, and some reform suggestions for the existing problems. The fifth chapter made detailed analysis on the legal environment of human resource management of the commercial bank and the cultural environment, based on the basic concepts, the paper puts forward the existing problems and the improvement strategy.The paper has a clear presentation.It not only states every links’ fundamental contents and related definition of the commercial banks’human resource management,also puts forward relevant to the effective implementation of the strategy and method.
