Study On Evaluation Of Land Use Sustainability Based On PSR Model And Performance Model In Tianshui City

Land is an important part of human existence environment, it possesses the actions ofload bearing for production and living of human.At the same time，land is an important kindof resources，it provide a lot of resources for the requirement from survival and developmentof humankinds.The exploitation and utilization of land resources is a necessary way to satisfy people’sneeds. But land is a scarce resource, it turns to be more and more difficult to satisfy thedemand of land resource from the increasing population numbers and rising living standards,a lot of predatory and reckless way of land use arisen, it leads to some problems，such as landdesertification, soil erosion, land pollution, quality deterioration in land resource，and so on,this caused a grave threat to the survival and development of contemporary and futuregenerations.So, it is an important task set before humankinds to approaches to the sustainableutilization of land resources and economic society. Evaluation of land use sustainability is agood way to find out the liabilities in land use and the solution of it. It is an important meansto achieve the sustainable utilization of land resources and alleviate the conflict between landand human being.This paper based on the research of sustainable utilization of land resources both at homeand abroad. It analyzes the state of land use of Tianshui City in2012both in the quantitystructure and spatial structure. It also used PSR model and performance model to evaluatingthe sustainability of land resources, and the following is a summary of the conclusions.Firstly，the level of sustainable utilization of land resources is on the increase in2003-2012,it change from unsustainable to primary sustainable, there was a apparent changein it.Secondly，during the research，the land use performance increasing gradually althoughthe value is low as a whole and land use intensive is a limiting factor for land use performance.The land use sustainability and land use performance are directly related, it turns fromunsustainable to sustainable.Thirdly, to performance model in Evaluation of land use sustainability, at indicator level,the unreasonable expansion of constructive land is the largest contributor to build asustainable land use system, and the economy development level is becoming more and morepowerful to affect it.At rule level，the low efficiency in land use is the largest limiting factorfor land use sustainability in Tianshui City，at the same time，the influence power of land useintensive is gathering strength.Fourth，the conclusion of PSR mode and performance model are in substantial greement，both of them could be identified by each other.Finally, the admixture of performance model and obstacle degree model achieve thedocking of sustainable evaluation and disadvantage factors diagnose, it breaks the limit ofsingle model could only do something partially; it could be an optimization method in landuse sustainable research.
