With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years and thecontinuous adjustment of the industrial structure, the development of the tourismindustry to play a huge impact on China’s economic situation, status andeconomic role in the entire industry has gradually deepened, and promote thedevelopment of other related industries. At the same time, due to the increase ininternational and domestic regional economic exchanges frequently, a variety ofexhibition industry and technology exchange business meetings bring the newopportunity for domestic hotels, Budget Hotel more become a leader in thedomestic hotel industry, their admiration for the low price, high quality,standardized service and brand chain management by the vast number ofconsumers are familiar with and identity.Hanting Hotels also begins to enter the key period of development to createthe service marketing as the core, to maintain the existing customers and furtherexpand the market potential of new sources of demand, put forward new demandsof market Hanting Hotels ’s own service marketing practice. First, this paperdescripts domestic and foreign economical hotel and related theories of servicemarketing system. On this basis, this paper adopts on-the-spot investigation, theinternal research, and the network query methods such as internal and externalenvironment of domestic hanting hotel. At the same time, careful analysis theearly dynasty court hotel status quo and the existing problems in the managementand the cause of the problem. Finally, the paper puts forward some relevanthanting hotel service marketing strategy, so that it can in the deve lopment ofeconomy hotel market successfully.This paper hopes through thorough analysis of internal and externalenvironment of Budget Hotel is outlined and the service marketing theorycombined with Hanting Hotels facing the service marketing strategy thus drawson the experience, so as to promote the further development of Hanting Hotels.
