With the advent and development of the Internet and new media, people’s life style and consumption ideas and habits have taken place great changes. Traditional marketing modes already cannot fit and meet the needs of consumers nowadays. Hotel marketing is becoming more diverse and more pluralistic. From the past traditional 4P and 7P marketing mode to the network marketing mode thanks to the development of the Internet, marketing modes of computer-led including all kinds of hotel websites, e-commerce platforms, blogs, post bars et al appear successively. And then to the We-media marketing mode that main dominated by Mobile Client which including Microblog; We Chat; mobile APP, Yixin, Momo et al. The We Media marketing mode has come, which has affect and changed hotel traditional marketing mode greatly. While budget hotel has been in the top in the hospitality industry. This article is to analysis the status quo of We Media marketing mode of present budget hotel at home and put forward corresponding suggestions for budget hotel with the media marketing through making an investigation and study the condition of the We Media marketing mode of ten hotels including Home Inns, Star of Jinjiang Hotel, HTHT US, 7 Days Holdings Limited, Green Tree Inns, Pudding Hotel, Super 8 Hotel, Crystal Orange Hotel, Hostel and Holiday Inn Express with three main forms, Microblog; We Chat and Hotel APP included,to carry out.This paper consists of five parts. The first part briefly describes the background and significance of research, the research review both at home and abroad, the research content, research methods and innovation points. The second part expound the concept,the development, characteristics and main forms of the We Media, in order to detect the necessity that budget hotel practice We Media marketing mode. The third part analysis the current top-ranked ten big budget hotel chain which is Home Inns, Star of Jinjiang Hotel, HTHT US, 7 Days Holdings Limited, Green Tree Inns, Pudding Hotel, Super 8 Hotel, Crystal Orange Hotel, Hotel and Holiday Inn Express using micro blog, micro letter and Hotel APP. And study the current condition of the We Media marketing mode of budget hotel deeply in order to analysis the status quo of We Media marketing mode of present budget hotel. The fourth part is to put forward suggestions for how the budget hotel presented to combine its own development and need to further carry out We Media marketing mode according to the previous research analysis. The fifth part is conclusion of the study, and to indicate the weakness of this study and research direction in the future.
